OPAL Benefits Overview
- Holidays

25 days for all employees, increasing to:
- 26 days after 2 years service
- 27 days after 3 years service
- 28 days after 5 years service
- 29 days after 8 years service
- 30 days after 10 years service
holiday allowances run from April to March
- Pension
- Available after completion of three months service, contributory for salaries over £20,000
- Healthcare
- Available after completion of successful probationary period
- Life Assurance
- 3 times current salary payable to nominated person on death
- Income Protection
- The Scheme is designed to give you long term financial security should you become incapacitated and no longer able to work due to accident or illness. An amount not exceeding 75 % of your basic salary less State Benefits would become payable up to 5 years. The scheme currently assumes a deferred period of 26 weeks.

- Non-contractual Bonus paid annually to non commission staff if Opal meets its set annual targets.

Helping with the cost of childcare. Childcare vouchers are exempt from tax and NI, saving you up to £962 per year.
- This scheme is open to any permanent or fixed term contract employee within the
CPW Group.

Successfully recommending a friend will generate
a bonus of between £400 and £2,000
(subject to them successfully completing their probationary
period)

- Free on site gym at Stanford House available to all employee’s (gym Induction is required,
available weekly)
- Pay
- Wages are paid on the last working day of each month and any overtime payable is
paid in arrears
